SOOTHSAYERS
Soothsayers offer up a night of powerful driving African rhythms and jazz melodies. The Brixton born big-band line up will play two live sets of full-bodied pan-African sounds fused with dub reggae rhythms featuring Idris Rahman on saxophone and Robin Hopcraft on trumpet, and accompanied tonight by the wonderful vocalist Julia Biel.

WAYNE HERNANDEZ
Charismatic soul singer Wayne Hernandez always gets the audience going with his infectious energy and amazingly powerful voice. He has a tight backing band that performs a repertoire of all-time soul and funk classics by Marvin Gaye, Curtis Mayfield and Bob Marley. Wayne is hugely successful session singer who has worked with the likes of Blur, Tina Turner, Madonna and the Gorillaz.

THE QUENTIN COLLINS/BRANDON ALLEN QUARTET
Featuring Dennis Rollins. Trumpet player Quentin Collins and tenor saxophonist Brandon Allen are well known as two of hottest soloists on the UK jazz scene. Their approach harks back to the classic jazz of the 1950s ad 1960s, with its roots in bebop, Basie and Ellington. Tonight they are joined by top trombone player Dennis Rollins.
