Well-Being Day. Losing it! Coping with modern living. Free drop-in information service on ways to cope with the stresses of modern life. Learn how to juggle your busy working life, school, family and friends. Find out about local resources. Plus Losing It! A short film produced by local young people, dealing with the influence of alcohol and drugs on the lives and well-being of young people. Join the workshops afterwards. Suitable for 15+.
